Ironclad, recently ranked and rated in the aforementioned CLM Top 35 Buyer’s Guide announced sweeping changes to its leadership team earlier this month:
- Ironclad Expands Leadership Team Amid Rapid Growth
Sunita Verma (ex-Google, Character.AI) joins as CTO, Elise Bergeron (ex-Snowflake, Salesforce) as Chief Strategy Officer, and David Simon (ex-Docusign, Oracle) as SVP of CAE Sales. The appointments follow former Docusign CEO Dan Springer’s arrival earlier this year. Ironclad also welcomed Eric Friedman, former Skadden chair, to its board to support AI product development for legal teams.
And just last week, Ironclad also announced a partnership with Harvey to deliver integrated solutions for mutual customers:
- Ironclad Partners with Harvey to Accelerate Legal Workflows
The collaboration aims to connect Harvey’s advanced legal research and reasoning with Ironclad’s automated contract workflows—enabling legal teams to turn insights into action faster, from updating templates to generating amendments and tracking obligations. CEO Dan Springer called the partnership “a way to make lawyers more impactful and accelerate business as a whole,” while Harvey CEO Winston Weinberg emphasized reimagining the legal stack for the AI era.
