Oracle Corp is a dominant supplier of software, hardware, and services to Global 2000 organizations worldwide. The company entered the Agile Billing market through an acquisition of Portal Software in 2006. The Oracle CSB solution is targeted at Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and large industrial, high tech and utility enterprises. Separate offerings – Oracle NetSuite SuiteBilling is rated separately, and the Oracle Subscription Management solution (a variation on the core ERP solution adapted to handle subscription and services billing) is not rated.
The CSB platform bundles mediation, billing/invoicing, ARM, subscription management, collections, reconciliation and settlements into one cohesive offering.
